Pool!

Tuesday, June 27th, 2006

Nothing beats a kiddie pool in the summer!

I don’t blame her…hamburger gravy.

Tuesday, June 27th, 2006

Today I was minding my own business hoovering hamburger gravy off a plate when all of a sudden Cupcake nipped at my ears. Fortunately I managed to clean the plate anyway. I learned back in Peanut’s day not to stop eating just because I had a few holes in my ears. Anyway they didn’t even […]

And stop calling me Houndenberg.

Tuesday, June 27th, 2006

Hey, I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to bite the other dogs when we were eating off the same plate. Guess Aunt Erica will know next time she needs to separate us when we eat. I’m used to being an only dog, not sharing–so far as I knew, Grep was stealing MY hamburger morsel.
Today I […]

Oh the huge manatee

Tuesday, June 20th, 2006

Someone should tell these monkeys:

Just because I rolled on a flattened dead mouse doesn’t mean I need a bath
It’s NOT ok for Uncle Paul to call me the ‘Houndenberg’. I’m just big boned!

My favorite command is ’speak’

I keep telling Cupcake if she wants to get fed faster she should bark as much as possible while mom’s in the kitchen. I’m sure it makes her work faster, even though she keeps telling me to shut up. Every time I try to talk to Cupcake, though, she walks away. What a snob! […]

Routine

Monday, June 19th, 2006

Yesterday was a good day. We didn’t walk as far (just a lot of little walks around the yard)–good thing because it was HOT. Later on Great Aunt Nancy, Great Uncle George, and Great Great Aunt Clara came over and we had lots of good things to eat but I didn’t get nearly ENOUGH. […]

Snakes are funny.

Monday, June 19th, 2006

We had fun yesterday with our friend Garter T. Snake. We told him to hide inside the coop door and when mom-monkey opened it, she squeaked and Garter slithered into the coop. She ran and got a stick and chased him around trying to get him out, until Penny stepped on Garter and he slithered […]

I thought that’s what monkeys were for?

Monday, June 19th, 2006

The new girl is SOOOOOOO smart. She can get under a blanket without having to whine and wait for the monkeys to cover her. I’m going to ask her how she did that…

Gorp.

Monday, June 19th, 2006

I wish the monkeys would just let me eat grass when I feel sick, instead of forcing me to swallow half of one of those pink minty tablets. I’m sure the grass works better, because then I can throw it all up in the living room. After those pink things I don’t even feel […]

Everyone should have a Fargin Ice Hole

Saturday, June 17th, 2006

Hi, I’m Cupcake. I’m not sure what’s going on. My parents are not feeling well and so I’ve been sent to Camp Erkkila for the summer. I was very happy until I found out there are three other dogs there, but it turns out they’re not so bad (except maybe the big one, Sobe; she’s […]

sadbawk

GreyBob got killed by a hawk today. Very sad.. Oh shiny!

bawk for bawkginners

Monday, June 12th, 2006

We believe the monkeys are trying to communicate by singing in bawk. Someone please tell them that 1. They can’t sing, and 2. the robot chicken theme song isn’t meant to be copied.

Bawk Peep Bawk ?

A bunch of snacks chickens arrived in a truck today, along with 2 new big monkeys, and 2 little monkies. We went for a walk and the little monkeys made the big monkeys carry them. So funny!
I can’t wait to hurt herd the chickens.

Goomba day

Saturday, June 3rd, 2006

Today was spa day. Nice clip, with painted toe nails. I think they went a bit heavy with the scent as my daddy starts wheezing everytime I get near him. Maybe I can sneak a nap under his desk without him noticing.
